After a mind-blowing 2024, we’re so hyped to say that Desert Hearts Festival 2025 is coming back to the beautiful Playa Ponderosa in Flagstaff, AZ! Pack your bags and mark your calendars for July 3rd to July 7th – we’re setting up for another unforgettable holiday weekend in the Arizona mountains.
Pre-sale kicks off on Tuesday, November 19th, at Noon PST. We want you right there with us to experience everything we’re pouring into this year.
Last year’s festival set the bar high. Playa Ponderosa turned out to be the ultimate spot – the vibe was off the charts, and the Desert Hearts Family came together in the best possible way. We’re so stoked to get back out there with our friends at Walter Productions to transform this place all over again, creating one stage, one vibe, and 72 hours of uninterrupted House & Techno. From those late sunsets to the early morning magic, we’ll be going all-in on the music, the connection, and everything that makes Desert Hearts feel like home.
If you’ve been a part of Desert Hearts for years, or if this will be your first time joining us, this festival is all about that true DH spirit – it’s where we dance, connect, and dive deep into what makes this community one of a kind. Surrounded by towering Ponderosa Pines and set against the stunning backdrop of the San Francisco Peaks, this venue radiates a sense of openness and renewal, elevating the vibe in every way. Here, we’ve fully embraced what makes DH so special—around-the-clock music, our beloved One-Stage, One-Vibe format, and an immersive festival layout where theme camps, live painters, installations, and art cars seamlessly border the dance floor.

Desert Hearts and Walter Productions have been fostering a relationship and throwing parties together for over a decade. Walter is known for its armada of art cars, most famously ‘Walter’, the world’s largest VW Bus forged from a retired fire truck which made its Burning Man debut in 2009. The Walter team now sits at the center of a thriving Phoenix art scene. The creative venture has expanded to multiple venues, including Walter Where?House, Walter Studios, and Walter Station Brewery, brought its art cars to Bonnaroo, EDC, and Life is Beautiful, as well as nurtured its nonprofit organization, Walter Hive, that promotes healing and creativity through art and fabrication programs.
